Mass General Hospital's community mental health services build on the hospital's long-term commitment to its health center communities of Chelsea, Revere and Charlestown, as well as Boston. Its focus is patients in our communities suffering from severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, poverty, the challenges of immigration, homelessness and multiple trauma.

Chelsea Mental Health/Social Services Clinic
Our clinic provides individual, family and group therapy; psychopharmacology, psychological testing; concrete services to the patients of the Health Center.

Charlestown Community HealthCare Center
To serve the community, our clinic provides diagnostics, group and family psychotherapies and other counseling and behavioral services.

Revere Mental Health Department
The Mental Health Department services patients with a variety of disorders including Depression, Anxiety and other stresses in their lives.
