Partners will be hosting the second annual Partners Physicians Day Feb. 3, from 8 am to 5:30 pm at the Sheraton Boston Hotel.

This year's program includes a Partners update by Samuel O. Thier, MD, Partners president and chief executive officer, and a keynote address by Judah Folkman, MD, surgeon-in-chief emeritus and director of the Surgical Research Laboratories at Boston Children's Hospital on angiogenesis-dependent diseases.

The program also will feature presentations of many of last year's most popular topics, including: menopause, health policy, chronic fatigue syndrome, end-of-life decision making, breast cancer and prostate cancer. The program includes four one-hour sessions with nine concurrent choices offered at each session. There is no charge to attend. Participants will receive CME and risk management credits.

Registration materials were mailed to Partners physicians in December. The deadline to register is Jan. 12. Residents, fellows and nursing staff are welcome to register onsite the day of the event, subject to availability.
