Approximately 500 physicians from throughout the Partners network attended the first Partners Physicians Day Feb. 12 at the Marriott Copley Place Hotel in Boston. Sponsored by the Partners Office of Clinical Affairs, the event featured an overview of the state of health care in the United States, led by Samuel O. Thier, MD, Partners president and CEO, as well as several educational sessions about state-of-the-art medicine.
