  • Ambulatory building plans expand
    Plans for the hospital's new ambulatory building recently were expanded, adding a 140,000 square-foot wing for the outpatient services of the MGH Cancer Center. The additional section will extend the new ambulatory building slated for construction on the site of the Charles Street Jail further toward Cambridge Street.
  • Timilty Science Fair combines science, smiles
    With proud grins and colorful posterboards, 560 students at the James P. Timilty Middle School presented their projects to a group of discerning yet appreciative evaluators. From Feb. 12 to 15, close to 90 volunteers from the MGH went to the school to judge the annual Timilty Science Fair.
  • Partners physicians gather
    Physicians from throughout the Partners HealthCare network recently gathered for the second annual Partners Physicians Day, held at the Sheraton Boston Hotel.
  • Invitational awards for HMS faculty
    The Harvard Medical School (HMS) Faculty Fellowship Committee is selecting candidates who will represent Harvard in the national competitions for postdoctoral and faculty fellowships/grants.
