Nominations are being accepted now for the 2000 Pamela J. Ellis Memorial Secretarial Award, established in memory of Pamela J. Ellis, who served as an executive secretary at the MGH from 1992 to 1996.

The $1,000 award will be given to an MGH employee who exhibits the outstanding qualities that Ellis demonstrated during her tenure, and will be presented at the Secretaries Day luncheon April 26 at the MGH. All clerical support staff are eligible, and any employee may submit a nomination. The nomination forms along with additional requested information may be sent to Debbie Lavandier in Human Resources Administration, Bulfinch 360, or faxed to 6-6989. Nominations also may be e-mailed in a similar format to dlavandier@partners.org.

Additional forms may be picked up in Human Resources offices at the following locations: White 14; 75 Blossom Court; CNY Building 149; and at the Chelsea, Charlestown, Everett, Boston Evening and Revere health centers.
