Nominations for Pamela Ellis Memorial Secretarial Award

Nominations now are being accepted for the 2003 Pamela J. Ellis Memorial Secretarial Award, established in memory of Pamela J. Ellis, who served as an executive secretary at the MGH from 1992 to 1996.

The $1,000 award, which was established in 1997, will be given to an MGH employee who exhibits the outstanding qualities demonstrated by Ellis during her tenure. The award will be presented at the Secretarial/Clerical Staff Day luncheon April 23 at the MGH. All MGH executive secretaries, secretaries, administrative assistants, front desk receptionists and operations associates are eligible, and any employee may submit a nomination. The nomination forms may be sent to Sunayana Jhalani in the MGH Human Resources Employee Access Center, Clinics Building, room 117, or faxed to (617) 726-5797. Nominations also may be sent by e-mail in a similar format to sjhalani@partners.org.

Nomination forms are available online at http://is.partners.org/hr/affiliates/mgh/Pamelajellis2003.htm or can be picked up in Human Resources offices at the following locations: White 14, 75 Blossom Court, CNY Building 149 and at the MGH Chelsea, Charlestown, Back Bay and Revere health centers. All nominations are due March 28 by 3 pm. The winner will be notified prior to the luncheon.
