  • MGHer selected to study health care in space
    When astronauts go on long-term missions in space, how are their health care needs met? An MGH scientist recently was chosen to lead research to find how medicine should be practiced on lon-term space missions, such as a three-year trip to Mars.
  • Partners fosters global connections
    The Partners International Program recently launched a series of outreach events geared toward members of the international diplomatic community in the nation's capital to educate ambassadors, senior diplomats and medical personnel from around the world about the services and care offered by the Partners institutions.
  • Spaulding Rehab to host pediatric amputee clinic
    Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Hanger Inc., manufacturer of prosthetics and orthotics for adults and children, will hold bi-monthly pediatric amputee clinics beginning this month, the first clinic of its kind in the Boston area.
  • Nursing education program
    Nearly 100 nurses gathered recently for a daylong continuing education program co-sponsored by the MGH Nurses Alumnae Association and the MGH Institute of Health Professions Alumnae/i Association.
