SummerWorks
The MGH/Timilty Partnership will place Timilty graduates in departments that need additional part-time help for the summer. SummerWorks, now entering its fourth year, has successfully placed more than 30 Timilty students at clinical, research and administrative worksites throughout the MGH. Blood pressure screening
The Massachusetts General Physicians Organization (MGPO) will sponsor a blood pressure screening booth in the Main Lobby, May 23, 9 am to 5 pm. To volunteer to help take blood pressures or for more information, call 4-6336.

Revere road race and health fair
The MGH Revere HealthCare Center will present the "Revere Moves Road Race and Health Fair," June 10, 8:30 am on Revere Beach. Activities will include a 5K run, a 1K fun run for children under 12 and a health fair. Information about safety and various health topics will be available, and there will be raffles, live entertainment and activities for children. Mary E. Macdonald memorial
The MGH Department of Nursing, the MGH Nurses' Alumnae Association and the family of Mary E. Macdonald, RN, will host a service in her memory June 3, 1 to 2 pm at St. Joseph's Church, 68 Wm. Cardinal O'Connell Way, Boston. A reception will follow in the Trustees Room on Bulfinch 2.

American Express Travel Office new location
The Partners American Express Travel Office has moved to a new location at 101 Arch St. The new phone number is 330-1232 and fax number is 261-0509. All other services will remain the same. Partners employees may use the office for business travel needs.

AMMP event explores ethnic identity
The Association of Multicultural Members of Partners will present a "Ethnic Man," an autobiographical show starring Teja Arboleda, June 1, noon to 1 pm in the Wellman Conference Room. The show tries to decode the mystery of personal, cultural, racial and ethnic identity. Lunch will be provided and there will be a raffle drawing for Teja Arboleda's book. Medical terminology course
A course about medical terminology will be offered as a 10-week, 3-credit course at Northeastern University beginning June 13. This course counts toward the Northeastern Certificate in Clinical/Medical Coding and other allied health certifications.
