  • A call to arms: Employee blood drive begins
    To help address the increased demand on the hospital's blood supply, the MGH Blood Donation Center is inaugurating an employee blood donation campaign to encourage more MGHers to assist the center in maintaining a safe and adequate supply of blood products for the hospital.
  • MGH wins Boston's bike-to-work week
    Escorted by the MGH Police and Security bike patrol, a pack of 30 MGHers rode to the citywide bicycle festival May 21 at City Hall Plaza, where the hospital received the Bike-to-Work Corporate Challenge Award.
  • Taking MGH's pain pulse
    Recently the MGH had its pulse taken — its pain pulse — to measure simultaneously the pain level of all inpatients and assess pain management practices at the hospital.
