Senior HealthWISE seminar
The MGH Senior HealthWISE education seminar program will offer "Managing Stress to Stay Healthy" June 9, from 4 to 5 pm in the East Garden Dining Room. Mary Ann Hardenbergh, director of ABCD Project Health Plus, will   discuss the effects of stress and how to manage it. For more information, call (617) 724-6756.

CRP seminar series
The MGH Clinical Research Program (CRP) will sponsor "RSVP for Health
A New Research Recruitment Registry" June 11, from noon to 1 pm in the Wellman Conference Room. Kay Ryan, director of Clinical Research Operations, will present the Research Subject Volunteer Program (RSVP), a new CRP initiative designed to enhance timely subject recruitment. Men's Cancer Awareness Fair
The MGH Cancer Center will host the Men's Cancer Awareness Fair June 13, from 10 am to 2 pm in the Main Corridor. Information  about early detection, prevention and treatment of the most common cancers affecting men will be available. For more information, contact Tara Becker at (617) 724-9432.

Menopause and your health
Susan Oliverio, MD, of MGH Women's Health Associates, will present "Menopause and Your Health
A Practical Approach" June 17, from 5 to 7:30 pm in the Blum Patient and Family Learning Center. Learn about menopause, the latest research and  treatment options. The cost is $35. To register, contact Mary Ellen Heike, RN, at (617) 724-8044 or send e-mail to mheike@partners.org.

School-age vacation club
The MGH Backup Childcare Center will offer a school-age vacation club, June 23 to 27, for employees' children from kindergarten completion to 12 years old. Reservations will be taken by phone or in person, and a payment of $56.25 per day per child must be received within the week the reservation was made. Activities included in the program are a scavenger hunt, tour of the Fleet Center and swimming at the Clubs at Charles River Park. No part-time slots are available. MGH Chelsea family summer safety fair
The MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center will sponsor its annual "Safety on Wheels, Safety in Summer" event, June 21, noon to 3 pm in the health center parking lot, at 151 Everett Ave. in Chelsea. Parents and children are invited to attend for home, water, fire, sun and car safety tips. Children are encouraged to bring their bikes and helmets for safety checks. The rain date is June 28. Project RISE interns
Project RISE (Reaching Individuals Striving for Excellence), the Partners job-readiness training program for low-income adults, seeks managers and supervisors who can help individuals gain valuable work experience.
