  • Koski named to national research protection post
    Greg Koski, PhD, MD, has been appointed to lead a new national office charged with protecting the welfare of human participants in research studies. Koski was named director of the Office for Human Research Protections in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) June 6.
  • Reducing needlestick injuries a top priority
    As part of the MGH's ongoing commitment to providing a safe environment for employees, patients and visitors, the task force that focuses on needlestick injury prevention is launching a new needle safety initiative.
  • Growing up multiracial
    Emmy-award winner Teja Arboleda brought his one-man show to the MGH June 1. "Ethnic Man," a funny, touching and inspirational show about growing up multiracial, draws on Arboleda's personal experiences.
  • Chelsea bike safety
    The MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center hosted the third annual "Safety on Wheels" bike, inline skate and skateboard safety event, June 3 at the health center.
