  • Helping a family overcome tragedy; MGH and Shriners collaborate in care
    Eight-year-old Karina Candelario, her older sister, Fabiola, 9, and her mother, Claribel, all were badly burned in a house fire in their hometown of Santiago in the Dominican Republic last July. Through a free clinic conducted in their native country by the Boston Shriners Burns Hospital, the family have come to Boston for medical treatment.
  • New Radiology employee works like a machine
    It’s been two weeks and four days since a new Radiology employee started on the job, and he still hasn’t gone to the bathroom. Nor has he taken a lunch break, come in late or slowed down at all. He works like a machine. That’s because he is a robot.
  • A day at the beach
    More than 135 runners competed in the third annual "Revere Moves" 5-mile road race, sponsored by the MGH Revere HealthCare Center June 10.
