Happening HOPES seminars
The MGH Cancer Center HOPES (Helping Our
Patients/Families through Education and Support) program presents educational seminars for
patients, families and MGHers. "Lymphadema and Exercise," facilitated by Diane
Heislein, PT, MS, OCS, of MGH Physical Therapy, will be offered July 17, noon to 1 pm. On
July 19, "Fear of Death: Spiritual Resources," facilitated by Michael McElhinny,
MDiv, of the MGH Chaplaincy, will be offered, noon to 1 pm. Both discussions will be held
in the Cancer Resource Room, Cox 1. For more information, call 4-1822.
Sail Boston
2000 parking regulations
Strict access and parking procedures will be enforced by the Boston Police and by MGH
Police, Security and Parking during Sail Boston 2000,
July 11 to 16. MGH Parking and Security recommends MGHers stay clear of the CNY area
unless necessary. Local police will have three roadblocks at Chelsea, Austin and Main
streets. MGH/PHS shuttles will be able to pass through all checkpoints. On July 12 to 16,
access will be restricted at the CNY gates. MGH/PHS employees should not use Building 199
or any other MGH parking facilities to visit the tall ships. For more information, contact

Blood Donor Center will receive a T-shirt featuring the design at left. In
addition, donors will have a choice of a $5 coupon to Coffee Central or the Eat Street
Cafe or a one-day parking sticker for the Lomasney Parking Garage. To make an appointment
