MGH HOTLINE SURVEY

In an effort to better serve the MGH community, the MGH Public Affairs Office has prepared this survey to obtain vital information about the habits and desires of MGH Hotline readers. Please answer the following questions to help us learn more about what MGHers want to read.

To receive a surprise gift, return your completed survey to the Hotline information table in the Main Corridor, Aug. 1 and 2. Surveys also may be submitted through in-house mail to: Beth Baratz, Public Affairs Office, Charles River Plaza, Suite 600 or faxed to 726-7475.
