MGH tuition reimbursement program

The MGH supports and encourages training and education for career growth
and development of its employees. To help achieve this goal, the Tuition Reimbursement Program was established, offering employees the chance to pursue job-related certificate or degree programs (associate's, bachelor's or master's), as well as adult basic education.

Regular and part-time employees — working 20 to 40 standard hours per week —
who have completed six months of continuous service may apply. Approval is required prior to the start of class, and reimbursement is paid at class completion. Employees also must submit an official copy of an acceptance letter from the school, a copy of the course description and cost-per-credit documentation from the current school catalog to the MGH Training and Workforce Development Office. MGH Training staff will notify employees if their application has been approved within 15 days. Individual courses are not covered by tuition reimbursement.

After the class is completed, the employee must submit a copy of the grade report and proof of payment for reimbursement of tuition. Reimbursement checks are issued through the payroll system the second and fourth pay period through direct deposit.

Applications and the complete tuition reimbursement policy are at the following Human Resource locations: White 14, 75 Blossom Court, 100 Charles River Plaza, second floor, and CNY, seventh floor. To obtain an application online, visit http://is.partners.org/hr/affiliates/mgh/mghbenefits.htm
