Support service employees receive grants

The Support Service Employee Grant Program recently announced the recipients of the third round of educational grants. The program is supported by the MGH Diversity Committee, chaired by James J. Mongan, MD, MGH president. Forty-three support service employees received grants of up to $1,500 to help defray the cost of their participation in a continuing education or training program of their choice. The grant program is designed to help employees offset tuition, book, supply and child care expenses. In addition to the financial assistance, employees may receive individual support from a designated mentor.
