Daphne J. Holt, MD, PhD, of MGH Psychiatry, recently was named a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) "Outstanding Resident of the Year." Holt, among 10 awardees from around the country, was honored for her outstanding clinical and research career. The award includes a 30-day trip to the NIMH in Washington.

William M. Kettyle, MD, an MGH staff physician, recently was named medical director of MIT Medical. Kettyle has served as associate medical director since 1995 and has worked in the department for seven years. He will serve as an adviser to the MIT president and administration on health standards and concerns.

Arthur L. Boland, MD, of MGH Orthopaedics, recently received the Mr. Sports Medicine Award at the 26th annual meeting of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.
