Mandel E. Cohen, MD, FRCP, senior neurologist at the MGH, died Nov. 19 at the age of 93. Cohen was a member of the Neurology Department for 62 years. A memorial service will be held Dec. 17, 2 pm, at St. John's Chapel-Episcopal Divinity School, 99 Brattle St., Cambridge.
