Santa treated and released

Santa Claus became an outpatient at the MGH Dec. 21 when he received treatment for real-life, non-threatening wounds on his hands caused by "reindeer antlers."

Mr. Claus, known by friends and family as George Murphy, has been donning his Santa suit for the city of Boston for 30 years. Murphy's day job is captain of the Department of Health and Hospitals for the city of Boston.
