squash the millennium bug Like many organizations, the MGH and Partners are looking
to outwit the "millennium bug," a technological glitch that could wreak havoc in
computer-controlled systems at the start of the year 2000.

I Help You?" pilot program inaugurated at the MGH The MGH inaugurated the "May I Help
You?" program this week to help patients and visitors comfortably find their way. The
program is a collaboration of the MGH's Customer Service and Volunteer departments.
