  • Grant awarded to study cervical cancer risk
    The Gillette Centers for Women's Cancers recently awarded a grant to a group of researchers for a study that examines both the basic biology of cervical cancer and the lives and health of women at risk for the disease.
  • Wage and salary program announced
    The MGH this week announced a fiscal year 1999 wage and salary program that includes a performance-based wage and salary increase.
  • Bulfinch Society Lecture Series
    More than 125 hospital donors turned out to hear W. Scott McDougal, MD, chief of MGH Urology, and Michael J. Barry, MD, chief of the General Medicine Unit, speak on "Prostate Diseases Advances in Patient Care and Research" Sept. 9.
  • MGH and McLean named Tufts providers
    The MGH and McLean Hospital have been selected as a combined designated facility for mental health and substance abuse treatment under the Tufts HMO and Tufts Total Health Plans.
