Viva Las Vegas: Giving blood makes everyone a winner

During a season when the hospital's blood supply levels are typically lower, the MGH Blood Donor Center has created an exciting promotion giving employees who donate blood a chance to win big.

To encourage MGH employees and staff to donate, the Blood Donor Center will be offering a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas. The trip includes two roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines, two nights at the Imperial Palace and two free tickets to a show at the Riviera. Any MGHer who donates blood during the month of March at the Blood Donor Center or on the MGH Bloodmobile will be entered in the raffle.

The Blood Donor Center also will host "Taste of the Town," which will feature free lunch from area restaurants for blood donors every Friday in March.
