Electronic medication vendor fair
The Electronic Medication Administration Process Project Team at the MGH will sponsor a vendor fair March 21, from 9 am to 7 pm in the Walcott Conference Rooms. This is a drop-in, station-based opportunity for employees from all
disciplines to see new medication administration technology. The MGH currently is reviewing software vendors that meet the requirements for an electronic medication administration system and plans to invite several vendors for clinician review. For more information, send e-mail to Rosemary O'Malley at romalley@partners.org.

MGH hosts film screening
The Stoeckle Center and the MGH Department of Psychiatry will co-host a screening of the film, "Racing Against the Clock," at a special grand rounds session March 25, from 7:30 to 9 am in the O'Keeffe Auditorium. The film features five women between the ages of 50 and 82, who have overturned the concept that age imposes limits on vitality and athleticism. Before the film presentation, Anne Alonso, PhD, of the Endowment for the Advancement of Psychotherapy, will present the film's director, Bill Hanley, with the MGH-Harvard Medical School of Humanitarian Award. As part of the Stoeckle Center seminar series, a video of the movie and free breakfast will be made available to off-site practices. CME credits also will be available. This event is open to the public. For more information, call Pat Gavin at (617) 726-1218 or send e-mail to Helen Riess, MD at hriess@partners.org.
