MGPO forum
MGH physicians and staff are invited to attend a special Massachusetts General Physicians Organization (MGPO) forum "Taking Partners to the Next Level," May 2, from 5 to 6:30 pm in the O'Keeffe Auditorium. Cholesterol screening
MGH Senior HealthWISE will host a cholesterol screening May 5, from 4 to 5:30 pm in the Walcott Conference Rooms. This event, for seniors 60 years and older, is free of charge. For more information, call (617) 724-6756.

Menopause and Your Health
MGH Revere will host "Menopause and Your Health" May 10, from 5:30 to 8 pm. The program is designed to help women better understand the facts about menopause and current treatment options. CNY blood drive
MGH employees working at CNY are invited to participate in a blood drive May 11, from 8:30 am to 2 pm. Zervas lecture
The sixth annual Nicholas T. Zervas, MD, lecture will be held May 17, at noon in the Ether Dome. Derek LeRoith, MD, PhD, FACP, chief of the Diabetes Branch at the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive and Kidney Diseases, will present "Studying the Clinical Implications of IGF-I using Gene-Knockout Mouse Models." Free summer help available
The City of Boston's Summer Jobs program provides staffing support to the MGH and Partners departments and meaningful part-time employment to Boston youth. This resource is available through two MGH Community Benefit youth employment
programs — SummerWorks and Jobs for Youth (J4Y). Each program is supported by an on-site program manager who works closely with participating departments and the student employees. The programs are funded through Human Resources and are available at no cost to departments. The only requirement is a commitment to provide a meaningful work experience in a supportive environment. Community Benefits anniversary
The MGH Community Benefit Program will celebrate its 10th anniversary June 6, from 1:45 to 3 pm under the Bulfinch tent. Come join keynote speaker Sen. Edward Kennedy and celebrate 10 years of partnering to improve community health.
