In memoriam

Madhukar Pathak, PhD, of MGH Dermatology, died June 18 at the age of 77. Pathak had been a part of the Harvard Medical School community since 1960 and was a vital partner in the introduction of photochemotherapy in MGH Dermatology in the 1970s. He also contributed to the development of topical and oral sunscreens and was widely acknowledged nationally and internationally for his work in photosensitization and photoprotection.
