In General E. Tessa Hedley-Whyte, MD, of MGH Neuropathology, recently received the Award for Meritorious Contributions to Neuropathology at the American Association of Neuropathologists 81st annual meeting held in Arlington, Va. Hedley-Whyte has made numerous contributions to the specialty of neuropathology through the years, including holding the position of director of the MGH Neuropathology Training Program. David Milan, MD, of the MGH
Electrophysiology Lab, recently won the Young Investigator Award from
the Heart Rhythm Society. At this year's national meeting, Milan received
the Basic Science Award for work on the development of the cardiac conduction
system in zebrafish. |
