Linda Delahanty, MS, RD, LDN, director of Nutrition and Behavioral Research and chief dietitian at the MGH Diabetes Center, was awarded the 2005 Award for Excellence in the Practice of Dietetics Research by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). The award is presented to an ADA member who demonstrates leadership abilities in establishing or practicing an innovative approach to diabetes research.

Maryanne Spicer, of MGH Compliance, recently was named a fellow of the Health Ethics Trust. Fellows are honored for having made an extraordinary contribution to the field of ethics and compliance in health care, based on their knowledge, technical skill and success in encouraging high standards of ethical and legal conduct in organizations.
