Be Ready: Prepare to Respond
The MGH Emergency Preparedness Committee will sponsor two information tables July 19 from 7 am to 5 pm in the Main Corridor. Staff, patients and visitors are encouraged to stop by the tables, which will have helpful information about emergency planning for both families and MGH staff. Emergency planning experts will be on hand to answer any questions, and individuals can enter a raffle for the chance to win one of two emergency kits that will be on display. Senior HealthWISE presents lecture and film series
Senior HealthWISE will offer, "Osteoporosis" July 11 from 11 am to noon in the Walcott Rooms in the WACC. Speaker Katherine Hesse, MD, of MGH Senior Health, will discuss osteoporosis and its challenges, prevention and management tips. On July 13, Senior HealthWISE will host the film, "Fever Pitch," from 1 to 3:30 pm in the Haber Conference Room. Registration for the film is required. Admission to both events is free.
