CFD noontime learning
series
The MGH Center for Faculty Development's (CFD) noontime learning series
will offer "Digital Imaging Essentials" Nov. 13, from noon to
1 pm in the Burr Conference Rooms. Beth Beighlie, digital imaging coordinator

Alzheimer's film screening and discussion
The MGH Geriatric Medicine Unit will host a screening of the award-winning
film "Family Matters: Coming Together for Alzheimer's" Nov.
16 beginning at 5:30 pm in the O'Keeffe Auditorium. The program will include
guest speaker Ellen Goodman, a columnist for the Boston Globe and a discussion
moderated by Kasey Kaufman, a reporter with CBS4 News. To register, call

Irvin H. Blank Commemorative Lecture
The Wellman Center for Photomedicine will host the annual Irvin H. Blank
Commemorative Lecture Nov. 15, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm at the Shriner's Auditorium
at 51 Blossom St. A reception will take place from 6:30 to 8 pm in the
Burr Conference Rooms. Guest speaker George Cotsarelis, MD, of the University
of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, will discuss "Hair Follicle Stem

Sarcoma presentation
The MGH Cancer Center will host "Meet the Sarcoma Experts" Nov.
18, from 9 am to noon in the Burr Conference Rooms. Registration is required
