What's Happening
Taxi stand and Main Entrance changes beginning
Aug. 13
Beginning Aug. 13, the MGH taxi stand will be located at the corner
of North Grove and Parkman Streets, a few feet away from the current
location at the Main Entrance White Ramp. Sidewalk and street
construction will be underway near the entrance through August and will
include the installation of a fence along the Wang side. This fence
will keep pedestrians under the covered Wang sidewalk and away from
ambulance traffic. Renovations are designed to keep patients and the
MGH community safe during the estimated four years of construction of
the Building for the Third Century.
