MGHers celebrate top
workplace honors

When the MGH is ranked as a top employer by two national organizations, it's time to celebrate. Employees recently enjoyed two receptions held in honor of the hospital being named as one of the top 100 companies for working mothers by Working Mother magazine and the 10th best workplace in the nation for employees over 50 by AARP. The announcements, which came in September, mark the second consecutive year the MGH has earned recognition on both lists.

More recently, The Scientist, a magazine for life science professionals, honored the MGH as the Best Place to Work in Academia in the United States. A separate reception in celebration of this latest recognition currently is being planned. More information will be available in upcoming issues of MGH Hotline and through broadcast e-mail.
