Memorial service for Eqerem Mete
A memorial service for Eqerem Mete of Health Information Services will
be held Jan. 10, from 2 to 3 pm in the MGH Chapel with a reception immediately
following. Mete died unexpectedly Nov. 18. All are invited to attend.
Pharmacogenetics presentation
The MGH Clinical Research Program and the MGH Center for Human Genetics
Research are co-sponsoring "Pharmacogenetics: What Do Researchers
Need to Know?" Jan. 14, from 1 to 5 pm in the Simches Research

Ethics forum
The MGH Ethics Task Force will host "Ethics, Disparities and Cross
Cultural Care: Identifying and Addressing Key Challenges" Jan. 11,
from noon to 1 pm in the Yawkey Center, Room 2210. Joseph Betancourt,
MD, MPH, director of the MGH Disparities Solutions Center, will be the

Partners Physicians Day
The annual Partners Physicians Day will be held Feb. 2, from 8 am to 5
pm at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. All Partners physicians are invited
