Slavin honored by El Planeta

Peter L. Slavin, MD, MGH president, has been recognized as an individual who has made a positive impact on the local Latino community in 2007 by El Planeta, the largest circulating Spanish-language newspaper in New England. Because he has made significant contributions to the well-being and health of Latinos in Massachusetts, Slavin is among 100 leaders who were named to the publication's El Poderometro 2007 (The Powermeter 2007).
