Use PeopleSoft Employee Self Service to apply for positions
MGH employees now have the ability to search and apply for positions within Partners HealthCare using PeopleSoft Employee Self Service (ESS). Employees can log into the system using their ESS username and password. Once logged in, workers can search internal and external positions throughout Partners affiliates, apply using the online application and then check back to view the status of positions for which they have applied. Employees' personal information, already contained within PeopleSoft, automatically will be entered into the application when applying for positions. Employees should use ESS to apply for jobs to be considered as internal applicants. Application and job search information is confidential and will not be shared with individuals outside the recruitment process.
To search for positions via the ESS component:
Step 1: Log into PeopleSoft via ibridge.partners.org/getaccess
Step 2: Navigate through the following path: Main Menu > Self Service > Employee > Employee Experience Home
Step 3: Use the various search options to find a job.
Step 4: Complete and submit the online application.
