Dr. Thomas Dodson receives HSDM Distinguished Senior Faculty Award

Dr. Thomas Dodson was honored by the Harvard School of Dental Medicine with the Distinguished Senior Faculty Award at a ceremony following Thursday's Harvard commencement exercises.  The award was presented by Dr. Bruce Donoff, HSDM dean.  In recognizing Dr. Dodson's accomplishments, Dr. Donoff said, "You have made the case for evidence-based dentistry and, with avuncular charm, have motivated all of us to consider how we know what we know."  In addition to his role as a Mass General oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Dodson is director of the Center for Applied Clinical Investigation.
