Research Interests

  • Development of large databases on the breast cancers, melanomas head and neck cancers, hematological malignancies, and other cancers seen at Partners over the last 40 years
  • Analysis of cancer survival, and the development of improved mathematical methods for predicting the risk of local, regional, and distant recurrence
  • Analysis of cancer screening
  • Development, implementation, and testing of systems that send computer penetrated telephone messages to recruit, track, and remind patients to attend appointments for preventive health visits
  • Analysis of the 3-dimensional anatomy of the breast and other organs, and of breast neoplasms
