Massachusetts General Hospital

The Center for Regenerative Medicine hosts a dedicated flow cytometry core facility available for use by researchers in the MGH and Harvard Stem Cell Institute community. The core offers sorting on custom built BD FACSAria and FACSAria II sorters.  In addition they provide self-run analysis on two BD FACSCaliburs and a BD LSRII, self-operated magnetic cell sorting on our Miltenyi AutoMACS, and access to several computers and data packages for offline data analysis.
