Registration
If you schedule an appointment and your registration has not been updated within the last six months, you will receive a call from one of our Registration Coordinators seeking to verify that your insurance and demographic information is still accurate.
If there are any questions with your insurance coverage when an appointment is being scheduled, you may be transferred to the RRC so an updated registration can be obtained.
Prior to your visit, the RRC will validate your insurance information with the insurer we have on file.
If necessary, the RRC may call you within 14 days of your visit to obtain up to date registration and eligibility information.
If the RRC was unable to reach you prior to your visit and confirmation of your information is needed, you may be directed to an "express phone" located in your physician's office, which will connect you to the RRC.
