Massachusetts General Hospital recognizes that meeting the spiritual and religious needs of our patients and their families is an important part of caring for the whole person.
The Chapel at Massachusetts General Hospital is committed to providing spiritual care to patients, their families and hospital staff. Ministry is available to people of all faiths and to those who have no religious affiliation. The Chapel first opened to the hospital community on April 25, 1941, and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
