Charlotte Ward, System Innovation Analyst of the John D. Stoeckle Center for Primary Care Innovation and the Primary Care Operations Improvement Program, is currently working on the Depression Project, which aims to develop and implement a multi-disciplinary collaborative care model for treating and managing depression in primary care. She is also developing ways of integrating the CAHPS survey data into ongoing PCOI projects. One such project involves investigating the relationship between primary care physician clinical performance rankings and patient panel characteristics.
Charlotte recently graduated from Dartmouth Medical School with a Master in Public Health. Prior to attending Dartmouth, Charlotte attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received a BS in Psychology.
