This session is designed as a follow-up to the Medical Assistant Training Information Webinar. It will provide participants with more in depth knowledge of how to create an MA Training Program, including content, orientation and delivery as well as who to recruit for your trainers. The presenters will discuss the impact an MA Training Program has on your practice, focusing on the program impact with physicians, medical assistants and staff. Pre-work and post-training follow-up with the providers will also be discussed.
