About This Program Webcast Library
Partners Community Healthcare Inc. (PCHI) and The Stoeckle Center are committed to enhancing both the physician-patient relationship and the physician experience through innovation in medical practice and collaboration among physicians and their staff. Because of this commitment and its’ importance to PHS, PCHI ambulatory physicians are participating in two Pay-for-Performance (P4P) Patient Experience Measures in 2011 that focus on physician / office staff training and practice feedback.
The Stoeckle Center in partnership with PCHI has created a webinar series offered to all Partners employees. The purpose of this series is to provide useful, innovative information to clinicians, managers and staff on a variety of topics and subjects. As part of the 2011 P4P Patient Experience Physician / Practice Training Measures, the Stoeckle Center has previously recorded webinar presentations available for you to listen to on-demand.
This section supplies change leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to improve the patient experience of care in their clinical settings. The tools and knowledge focus on the seven composites (also known as domains) measured by the Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) survey as part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Pay for Performance (P4P) requirements.
