SANDRA ST. FLEUR

Sandra St. Fleur

is the Center’s Director of Patient Experience of Care, Performance and Quality Management. She works with physicians, managers and change leader to help them build the culture and capacity necessary to produce an extraordinary experience of care in their environments. Sandra does this by encouraging collaboration based on shared goals and using proven methods to improve operational practices. Sandra is a graduate of Boston College and holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development.
