Susan Edgman-Levitan, PA

the Center’s Executive Director, has published extensively on research and strategies to improve the patients’ experience of care. She leads several national initiatives to improve ambulatory and inpatient care and is the founding President of the Picker Institute, a Boston-based nonprofit survey, research and consulting firm that helped hundreds of health care institutions evaluate and implement patient and family-centered care.
