John Goodson, MD

the Executive Secretary of the Center’s Advisory Committee, is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a practicing member of the Internal Medicine Associates at MGH. His research and educational interests include the training of primary care physicians while developing ambulatory-based teaching sites for residency education. He is actively involved in local, regional and national government policy that has an impact on the future of primary care medicine, often serving as a spokesperson for such issues as health care reform and as an advocate for universal health care access.
