To schedule routine consult requests please call the Stroke Service Office at 617-726-8459. The office is open from Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM.
The Stroke Prevention Clinic improves the transition of inpatient to outpatient care for patients with stroke. It allows rapid access to a stroke specialist within a week of discharge to follow-up on outstanding laboratory tests, monitor response to therapy, and ensure that an optimal stroke prevention regimen is in place.
