BiographyDavid J. Martini, M.D. is the senior dedicated breast surgeon at the Mass General/North Shore Cancer Center located in Danvers, MA. Dr. Martini received his undergraduate training at the University of Minnesota, his medical degree at the University of Chicago, and completed his surgical training at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Martini's special interests are in breast conservation therapy, of which he was among the first in the Boston area, and in tailoring surgical procedures to fit individual circumstances. Dr. Martini works in close collaboration with his colleagues in Medical Oncology, Radiation Therapy Mass General/North Shore Cancer Center and with Plastic Surgery.
