The Complex Surgical Oncology Fellowship is an 18-month clinical oncology training program provided by Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
The Massachusetts General Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women’s Hospital Breast Surgery Fellowship seeks to prepare a trainee in surgery for an academic career devoted to the diagnosis, treatment and study of patients with breast cancer and benign breast disease.
The Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Surgery offers one-month-long advanced clerkships in general surgery and its subspecialties (cardiothoracic, general surgery, pediatric surgery, transplantation, trauma surgery, and vascular surgery). Participants will be assigned to a surgical team and mentor. This in-depth rotation is intended for students interested in pursuing a career in surgery and have completed their core clerkship in surgery.
