EXPERTISE OVERVIEW
The Thoracic Aortic Center at Massachusetts General Hospital brings together experts from Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery and Vascular Radiology to evaluate, treat and provide longitudinal follow-up for patients with thoracic aortic disease, in collaboration with the patient’s primary physician. The Center is easy and convenient to access, 24-hours a day, and offers an entry point for patients and physicians who have questions about a thoracic aortic problem. Our interdisciplinary faculty work collaboratively to quickly evaluate a patient, formulate a treatment plan and communicate closely with the referring physician to implement that plan.
