Before Your Appointment
You will need a Mass General Medical Record Number (MRN) before we can schedule an appointment for you. If you do not already have an MRN, please call the Patient Registration and Referral Center at 866-211-6588 to register and receive an MRN.
Your pre-transplant evaluation begins with a review of your medical history. After you request an appointment, please send the required medical records based on your transplant site:
